From Idea to Product

Amazing products don't just happen by chance.

We can help you with the design and technical drawing of your product. For example, if you lack the knowledge and/or capacity to give concrete form to your idea. We work in a structured and targeted way to provide you with an image of your product very quickly.

Every project is unique. Together with you we develop innovative products that can hold their own on the market. Your needs and wants are the focus of our design process.

Schetsen

Technical product engineering

Our team is specialised in designing and making technical drawings of injection-moulded plastic products. One of the advantages of injection moulding plastics is high-volume production at relatively low cost.

Our structured approach allows us to provide an estimate of the necessary outlay at an early stage. We develop high-quality technical products for the lowest possible price. We can also advise you on how to optimise your existing products. For example, a metal product that could instead be made in plastic.

Rapid Prototyping

Rapid prototyping makes it possible to have a product on hand within a short time frame. For instance, a physical prototype can be tested for its technical functioning, fit or mechanical connections. Moreover, you can use prototypes for promotional purposes since you will have a physical product on hand to showcase. Rapid prototyping techniques are varied, we make prototypes using 3D printing, CNC milling or vacuum casting.

Prototype

3D Printing

3D printing (SLS) is a process where products are built up by laying down successive layers of material. 3D-printed prototypes are suitable for functional testing, technical operation or modifications.

CNC Milling

CNC Milling is a process where material is removed from a solid plastic block. The end result is a solid plastic piece which is stronger than one made by 3D printing.

Vacuum casting

Vacuum casting is a process in which liquid plastic is drawn into a silicone mould to make a product. The end result is similar to an injection-moulded product, which makes this process particularly suited to manufacturing low volumes or display models.

Technical documentation

We can provide you with technical manufacturing documentation, such as technical drawings of your product with specifications for assembly, tolerance and fitting. This allows the quality of the manufacturing process to be guaranteed.

You can also ask us to supply various types of certification your product. We have extensive experience in designing plastic casings for electronics which conform to the strict requirements of CE and FCC. We know how to design dust- and waterproof products and get these certified for different IP classes.

Waterproofing certification

We can design your products with various sealing methods including O-rings and gaskets so that they conform to the required IP-norms.

Quality control

Your product can be randomly tested during manufacturing to measure critical dimensions, or with the use of optical sensors. Various measuring tools can also be used for this purpose.
